Say No To Drugs

It was a cold drak night and Mark was walking down the street, he was with a new drug in his blood. It was a trong drug and maked you do things that you will never do if you didn't have this drug. After walking fir a while he went into an alley and found a girl that was 21 years old. Mark sexuAlly harassed this woman, raped her and then killed her with a knife that he was caring that night. He woke up next morning with someone knocking the door, Mark didn't remember anything so he opened the door right away and in a matter of seconds he was handcuffed and sorrounded by the police. They took him ti the court. They arrived to the criminal court, there the prosecutor told all the case and brought a witness, an old lady, that saw everything. She exagerated the crime but Mark didn't knew this. The judge only nodded and played with his gavel. The prosecutor stood up and gave all his arguments. Using pathos, logos and ethos. It was turn of the defence but the only thing he could do was to loser the sentece against those powerful arguments from the prosecutor. Death penalty was his sentence.
